Awareness, Relaxation and Self-attunement through Music

This online class is about using music, sound and voice to regain center, find balance and raise your frequency. Our intention with the sessions of this class is tuning ourselves to a vibration of harmony, strengthening our immune systems and energizing ourselves.

We will share with you a healing attitude towards music and tools for how to work with sound, and especially with your voice, in a healing way, so that you can establish a more healthy tune within you and increase your vitality and general wellbeing.

Similar to our live workshops this class is intended for everyone. It's about finding a more refined tune in life and expanding our consciousness with music.
